PS- They don't rip you off on shipping...many times with other vendors I've ordered a $5 part only to be charged $10 S&H. Their shipping is reasonable and quick. (Posted on April 20, 2013)

These little inexpensive devices work great! They will help prevent you from pulling the wires out. I'm buying more to pass around to some buddies.
