LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup hours: 
At Buddy RC, we distribute products to local hobby stores and do not have a mortar and brick store front. If you're looking for a specific product, we recommend checking with local hobby stores to see if they carry it. If it's not available, you're welcome to pick up your online order directly from our office.

To arrange for a pickup, simply leave a message in the message box on the cart session page, indicating that you will be picking up your order. Any shipping fees charged will be refunded at the time of pickup.

Please note that we do not offer a "local pickup" option at checkout, as it has been misused in the past by mail orders, causing confusion for both customers and our shipping department.

Kindly note that our local pickup hours are from 10:00am t 4:00pm, Tuesday to Friday. It is important to note that any orders placed after 4:00pm may not be available for pickup on the same working day as our warehouse closes earlier than customer service. Regrettably, we are unable to offer pickup services on Mondays due to high volume of activities. Furthermore, please be advised that there is no option for pickup services available during weekends and holidays.
