The X series of motors boasts a hollow-designed appearance that not only provides excellent heat dissipation, but also significantly reduces motor weight. Each motor is processed by CNC milling, resulting in a strong and visually appealing product.
Made from high-quality materials, the motor shafts are crafted from 420 stainless steel imported from Japan and are heat-treated to achieve high strength, excellent ductility, and better resistance to bending and breaking.
Top and bottom caps are made of high-strength 6061-T6 aviation aluminum alloy, which ensures reliable performance of the motors due to its high hardness and tensile strength.
Customized NMB mini bearings imported from Japan are utilized in the X series, providing longer life, quiet operation, and stable performance of the motors.
The coils in each X series motor are hand wound, which is a more expensive manufacturing process but results in a tighter, neater coil with a higher coil space factor. This method increases the continuous power output of the motors.
