WOV Racing 1:9 scale R/C 4X4 Buggy

I didn't realize before buying this that it was a one-off scale and no other parts are going to fit on it. I almost immediately broke a shock assembly and Buddy RC is out of stock for parts.

I have both the truck and the trigger, broke a front left arm, and you have been out of stock now for awhile

It will be nice when/if additional Wov Racing Dealers enter the space. While Buddy RC did answer "some" questions, I have 2 emails unanswered which would have been quite useful before I tried to bind my Tyrants RC. Their response via email told me the steps after pluging in bind to the receiver. Would have been helpful to know "where" the receiver is located. I started disassembling top fan casing to get through the esc after removing the entire top mount coming in from the top. I then got to the lime green heat sink under the esc fan and see 4 screws and start disassembling two of those which snapped off inside. Granted, this was two weeks after answering their email explaining what to do after the receiver is "found". Not once is this listed in the manual (I told this to Buddy via email and asked if there are guides/links to assist as the manual is lost in translation from China). As simple as a one sentence intro to the binding steps such as, "You will need to access receiver from the bottom of Chassis and remove the four screws" Is all it would have taken. But nothing to that level of proficiency is given which undermines a clients' time. Now, I also wanted to point out that this is after me requesting to purchase another Tyrants from them and was unsuccessfully able to do so. Let me tell you this number of steps that wasted more of my time. They blocked out green option on their website with an x indicating no more greens available. I emailed them to ask if I could buy blue, swap a green body, etc. Anything to find a solution bc I did want the green only. I then bought a blue and an extra green body as this was the initial delay in a response. They respond saying, "Oh, we took the green version to an expo show and they didn't sell". This was after calling the day before and the guy on phone said, "They'll be online in 2 hours". A week later, still wasn't online, 2 weeks still. A month now and still not. 2 emails in between saying 2 hours or tomorrow they'll be online again and you should be able to order. Each time I called it was the same guy (distinct voice). He huffed and puffed and was generally exasperated when answering questions. Even after I called a couple days ago, he said, "Let me go get a Tyrants and see how to get to the receiver". I was so blown away. He said they pride themselves on service. Well, pride is generally not good and here is proof, facts, emails to prove you've got some improving to do guys. Remember, you can pass off clients the most by messing with their time and showing they are a bother to you. But reviews are the equilibrium. It's not intent to make a business look bad, it is my intent to state facts and let all future patrons decide what their time and worth are. I wish I didn't have to leave this review as you're the only dealer and I actually like these Wov Racing units. To think that someone would have to jump through hoops to not only order one but couldn't even order a 2nd unit bc they haven't updated their inventory online is wild. It's a shame I'm actually having to write this; however, much justified. Do better Buddy RC. I just gave you pertinent feedback to a better tomorrow.

This buggy is very well built I love it I'm definitely going to order me another one I love how tough these are there is no need to upgrade them they are awesome ready to run fun vehicles
