Expensive delivery

I had an order of $48, paid $20 to Buddy for shipping but wasn't told there would be another $40 charge from UPS for customs clearance. $60 delivery fee for $48 product. Canadians beware.

Sorry for hearing the trouble. In the future we will notify Canadian customers if they select shipment by UPS. UPS, Fedex, and DHL all charge brokerage for custom clearance. USPS does not, but the service and delivery time to Canada is not as reliable as those couriers.

What about an instruction booklet

Looks great but nothing binds to it , an instruction booklet should be included , good luck with it
