Genuine Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mAh 4.9A Lithium Ion Battery

In the package was a battery numbered NCR18650GA marked China vs NCR18650B marked Japan (as shown on the order page). I called and was told a followup would be forthcoming. After a couple of days I called again and was told the person following up was out, but I would get a call with an explanation/options. I did get a call the next day, with the explanation that the GA was a newer alternative with slightly higher output at 3500mah, and that it was a panasonic, and that all panasonics are not necessarily made in japan. The followup was appreciated, and so far the batt is performing fine.

Buddy RC advertised that they sell genuine Panasonic 18650 batteries but hid that they are made in China. Be up front about that so the consumer can decide. The battery appears to be holding a charge. Long term effectiveness has yet to be determined.

When I ordered my Radiomaster TX16S, I decided to go with Panasonic NCR 18650B batteries. I have experience with these batteries in some very bright and powerful flashlights that I own. They are top of the line in 18650 batteries. I charged them on a Gryfalcon charger. They perform well in the TX16S.
