I recently ordered my second Omp M2 evo which I love, great beginner heli. I order the heli from a different online dealer, unfortunately the heli showed up defective. After a few E-mails and phone calls I received the following E- mail from online dealer .
MPI Hobby is the U.S. distributor for OMP and handles OMP warranty issues in the U.S. They are requesting that the heli be sent back to them for warranty inspection. MPI will issue the return label, inspect the heli, and determine the next step under the warranty process.
Needless to say I was pissed this retailer refused to make good on the situation
That same morning I received an email from Eddy at Buddy Rc asking if I could call him to discuss situation. Without hesitation Eddy sent out a new heli which I received this morning which is 3-days,
unbelievable. Inside box was a pre-paid return authorization for defective heli
This is what I get for trying to give the little guy the business.
Thanks Eddy and your team for helping me get in the air, hopefully I don’t lose this one.
