OMP Edge 540 74in.

Top of the line Plane on par with the big boys and better. Well constructed with all the latest innovations in RC Planes. Great flyer with my DLE 35RA motor installed swinging 20x8 or a 19x10 prop. Top speed was recorded at 95.5mph on straight level flight. Thrust to weight ratio seems perfect for any type flying you may choose. Hope to enjoy this plane for many years. Buddy RC ships fast, ordered on a Saturday and received on Wednesday. Can't go wrong with Buddy RC and OMP !!!!!!!

Edge Review

As with a few other customers I struggled trying to get the combo I wanted. I powered mine with the Scorpion A-5025 415KV
ESC is the Scorpion Tribunus III
160 amp swinging a 20X8 prop.
Powered by a single 6C 5000 100c Battery. Pull Pull Rudder setup and CG was spot on. I also went with the Scorpion battery back up as well. Airplane maiden with one click to ailerons. Plane flys great and no strange behaviors. I’ve got a few planes in my stable 30-35% gassers and I look at this one first on loading the vehicle just a solid flyer! This is definitely a plane worth looking at.

Very well built and finished airplane.

I have yet to complete the build of this model, but first impressions are this is a great model. Overall construction is great with the best ARF covering finish that I have seen.
Buddy RC customer service has been fantastic. I received my package one day after ordering. That is fast service.

What a great looking plane! The workmanship is one of the best I’ve seen in years, I ordered one a year ago and I must say this is one of my favorite planes in my collection! At the field, a lot of my club members were very impressed, so much so that I ordered one for our clubs Christmas party as a door raffle! 👍🏻
