I had a minor problem with a piece missing from a pack of servo links that I ordered. I messaged customer service and was contacted the very next business day. I didn't want but to let them know about the issue. I was immediately sent another packet at no charge.
The reply and replacement was remarkable and I was highly impressed with how this issue was handled without any pushback. I would classify the customer service to be superior.
