I am brand new to RC, a total newbie. On a whim I purchased a $350 helicopter with an included transmitter from BuddyRC since reviews were good and I'm looking for a new hobby. The transmitter was not 'bound' to the helicopter, or I screwed it up somehow. Either way, I called them and they invited me to send it back for them to check it out. They made it work and returned it in a few days. I was very happy that they actually answer their phone and I'm very impressed with their customer service and follow thru. I look forward to using BuddyRC as my new hobby develops.

Hoping they exchange so i can buy the correct battery for my tx15 max. I did ask, i keep asking. No answers. Communication is tough. Ad well as asking compatibility wuestions.. hence here i am. With the wrong battery. Hoping they will let me send back for exchange. I DID ask. To no avail.

I really like this newest version of the OMP M1 heli. I can't recommend this enough and the new M2 V3 heli also. You won't be disappointed in either purchase.
